2023-24 has been another remarkable year for the Academy. From working with 27 young people in our pilot year(2021-22), we supported 210 young people in 2023-24 – an incredible 678% increase in the numbers of young people whose lives we have positively impacted through our life-changing
courses, and double the number we supported in 2022-23. We continue to be at the forefront of ED&I initiatives in the industry with 75% of our students coming from diverse ethnic backgrounds and have enjoyed further important landmarks this year, including alumna Aamilah Aswat riding in the Magnolia Cup. We have also formally become part of the British Racing School, a worldwide centre of racing excellence.
