2022-23 Annual Review

Following on from our pilot year, we are delighted publish our full Year 2 Review for 2022-23.

Thanks to the enduring support of the Racing Foundation, year on year we have seen a massive 281% increase in the number of young people we have worked with – 66% more than we had projected in our February 2022 funding application.

We remain at the very forefront of diversity and inclusion initiatives in British racing, with 71% of our students across all our programmes coming from diverse ethnic audiences. And we’ve broadened our output too, which has seen us work with young people with no previous experience of racing or riding, and identify hitherto untapped talent through a programme of Taster Days.
